• Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Local Deliveries (South Africa): 1-3 business days.
• International Deliveries: shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country, but it could arrive earlier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays for international orders.

3. Shipping Fees

• Local Shipping(RSA): Shipping costs are determined based on your delivery location and the courier service selected. We work with trusted third-party courier companies and our system automatically selects the most affordable and reliable option for your area. Shipping fees generally range between R91 and R105 for standard deliveries within South Africa, but may occasionally be higher depending on your location and the courier rates.
• International Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
• Free shipping for orders over R1399.
• Should you prefer, you are welcome to send your own courier company to collect your order. Kindly contact us to make arrangements.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online.

5. Undelivered Packages

• If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
