Arden Parfums Returns Policy

At Arden Parfums, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury cosmetic products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Products that have been used, opened, or altered are not eligible for return.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Soaps: No returns will be accepted for hygienic purposes.
  • Body Lotions: No returns will be accepted for hygienic purposes.
  • Deodorants: No returns will be accepted for hygienic purposes.
  • We prioritize the health and safety of our customers, ensuring all personal care products meet strict quality standards.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at returns@ardenparfums.co.za/+27602582092 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: Securely package your items and include the Return Authorization Number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  5. Refund: Upon approval, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We do offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you need to choose items of equal or greater value. Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate an exchange and for further assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
